Ann was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and has enjoyed living and working in different parts of the United States. After 25 years in the corporate world she shifted gears to be full-time in creative heart energy from which her expressions are released. She resides in the New York City area.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: There are many ways to express our walk with spirit as we discover once again who we truly are - mine is through the brevity of rhyme rooted in love and compassion for the human experience.

This site was created to allow an expanded awareness of that journey through poetry and like a precious gift it holds something special just for you when unwrapped with an open heart. 

The natural state of spirit is to expand and discover so I fully expect this site to expand and change as I do.

My first book was released July 2007 and it was loads of fun to create! When I first discovered my love for writing I was stunned to be expressing myself in this way but many strange things come to those who choose - beautiful things - the very best of which arrives in a form we had not anticipated and usually unexpectedly. Nonetheless, they come. Getting out of my own way, letting go of expection and allowing it to unravel was my greatest challenge however it provided me with a life I now adore.

My life is my message

To the untrained eye there is nothing extraordinary about me or my earthly accomplishments. I was married once, no children and spent 25 years in the corporate world until 2007 when I shifted gears with nothing more than the knowledge that I was meant for something more.

I have no credentials to speak of like significant academic degrees or a structured training in the esoteric arts to draw from. In fact my lifestyle would appear quite simple to you. However, I know love and who I truly am - who we all are - magnificent creators.

It came by way of trusting myself, the human experience and knowing from the bottom of my heart that something very grand indeed holds us all and is ever vigilant as we make our way through this world. I call it love. It is always there, although it may allude us in times of trouble. No angel told me so... just a heartfelt belief there was so much more for us to experience other than lack and limitation.

As with us all, I have had my share of human experience to spur me on my way; heartbreak, loss, ill health, trauma, drama you name it... as well as joy, internal triumph, the kindness of others. Each one a jewel revealing to me what there truly was to see about being myself, humanly divine and the brilliance that resides in each and every one of us uncovering a passion for living that ached to be revealed.

Breathing love and understanding what it is in the space of no separation is what I came here to do. Learning how to express it in such a way that includes everyone leaving no one behind (not one single aspect of myself) has taken me a lifetime to achieve. 53 years.

I am your host in this experience and welcome you to what was once only imagined and a love I have come to know as spirit. Everything I speak of or write about is from first living it myself and if you can feel a beauty between the lines know it is a reflection of you.
